Ingredients

serves 16-20
  • 200g vegan double cream (Elmlea)
  • 1½ tbsp icing sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. In a large bowl, add the cream and whisk with a hand mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Mix in the icing sugar.
  2. 2. Continue to mix at a high speed until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. Add the vanilla and mix on low for a few seconds to combine. Transfer to the fridge for at least 1 hour.
