Ingredients

- •250g vegan double cream (Elmlea)
- •2 tbsp icing sugar
- •¼ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- 1. In a large bowl, add the vegan double cream. Using a hand mixer fitted with whisk, whip the cream on medium for 30 seconds. Add the icing sugar while the mixer is running.
- 2. Whip at a high speed until the mixture has stiff peaks.
- 3. Add the vanilla and mix on low for a few seconds to combine.
