Strawberry and kiwi smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • 75ml plant milk
  • 1 tbsp granola

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Set aside a few slices of strawberry and kiwi for the topping. Blend the remaining strawberries, kiwi, almond butter, chia seeds, oats, lime juice and plant milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with strawberry, kiwi and granola.
