Sesame, ginger and lime stir fry sauce

Ingredients

- •4 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- •Juice of ½ lime
- •1 tsp honey or hoisin sauce
- •1 tbsp sesame oil
- •1 garlic clove, minced
- •1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated, or 1 tsp ground ginger
- •½ tsp chilli powder, optional
- •125ml water
- •1 tsp cornflour
- •1 tsp sesame seeds
- •Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Directions
- 1. In a small jug, mix all the ingredients together except the cornflour, sesame seeds and coriander. Stir in the cornflour until dissolved.
- 2. Add to the stir fry and cook on a medium-high heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in the coriander and sesame seeds, with extra for garnish.
