Raspberry, beetroot and almond butter smoothie

Ingredients

- •60g beetroot
- •120g frozen raspberries
- •4 tbsp oats
- •1 tbsp almond butter
- •2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •200ml soya milk
- •½ tsp lemon zest
- •2 drops vanilla extract (optional)

- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
