Ingredients

serves 1 cake or 12 muffins
  • 60g plant butter
  • 50g smooth peanut butter
  • 120g icing sugar, sieved, sieved
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp plant milk

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the plant butter and peanut butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the icing sugar and salt and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the plant milk and beat until smooth and fluffy.
