Orange, carrot and almond butter smoothie

Ingredients

- •1 medium carrot, grated (~60g)
- •1 orange, peeled
- •4 tbsp oats
- •1 tbsp almond butter
- •2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •200ml soya milk
- •½ tsp orange zest
- •½ tsp cinnamon
- •2 drops vanilla extract

- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
