Mixed berries porridge

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g oats
  • 250ml plant milk or water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tbsp blackcurrants
  • 2 tbsp raspberries
  • 1 large strawberry, sliced
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Add the oats, milk and chia seeds to the pan and cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently until the juices start to release. Add the blueberries and blackcurrants, and continue to cook until heated through.
  2. 2. Serve topped with the raspberries, strawberries and hemp seeds.
