Mashed peas on toast

Ingredients
serves 1
- •100g peas, cooked
- •Juice of ½ lemon
- •Small handful fresh mint, finely chopped
- •Small handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
- •¼ tsp garlic powder
- •Pinch sea salt, to taste
- •Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1. Add all ingredients to small bowl and mash until a chunky paste forms. Serve on toasted bread.
