Mashed avocado on toast
breakfast

Ingredients
serves 2
- •4 slices sourdough, toasted
- •1 large ripe avocado
- •Juice of half a lemon
- •Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1. Mash the avocado in a bowl until few chunks remain. Add the lemon juice and black pepper, and mix until smooth.
- 2. Serve on top of the sourdough with some extra black pepper.
