Kiwi, apple and almond butter smoothie

Ingredients

- •2 kiwi
- •1 small apple, chopped
- •60g baby spinach
- •4 tbsp oats
- •1 tbsp almond butter
- •2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •200ml soya milk
- •½ tsp lime zest
