Kiwi, apple and almond butter smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
  • 200ml soya milk
  • ½ tsp lime zest

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
