Ingredients
makes 2-3 tbsp
- •1 tsp chilli powder
- •1½ tsp ground cumin
- •1 tsp ground coriander
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tsp smoked paprika
- •½ tsp fine sea salt
- •15ml lemon juice
- •2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- •1½ tsp tomato paste
- •30ml olive oil
Directions
- 1. Combine the tomato paste, minced garlic, chilli, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika and salt, and mix. Then add lemon juice and vinegar and mix again until a paste is formed.
- 2. Add the olive oil, a little at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- 3. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
