Edamame salad with miso dressing

Ingredients
serves 2
- •150g edamame
- •½ cucumber, chopped
- •1 large carrot, grated
- •80g red cabbage, shredded
- •2 servings miso salad dressing (see recipe)
- •2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- 1. Combine all the vegetables in a bowl. Add the dressing and toss together.
- 2. Serve topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
