Crêpes

Ingredients

- •125g plain flour
- •260ml of soya milk, room temperature
- •1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Cooking mode
- 1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together until a smooth batter forms. Set aside for 15 minutes to thicken.
- 2. Heat the pan to medium-high heat, then add about ½ tsp of oil. Spoon a ladle of batter into the pan and tilt with a circular motion to thin out and spread evenly.
- 3. Cook for around 1-3 minutes on each side. Flip the crêpe when the underside starts to become crispy the sides of the crêpe loosen. Repeat for the remaining batter.
- 4. Add your favourite sweet or savoury toppings and enjoy warm.
