Ingredients

  • 125g plain flour
  • 260ml of soya milk, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk together until a smooth batter forms. Set aside for 15 minutes to thicken.
  2. 2. Heat the pan to medium-high heat, then add about ½ tsp of oil. Spoon a ladle of batter into the pan and tilt with a circular motion to thin out and spread evenly.
  3. 3. Cook for around 1-3 minutes on each side. Flip the crêpe when the underside starts to become crispy the sides of the crêpe loosen. Repeat for the remaining batter.
  4. 4. Add your favourite sweet or savoury toppings and enjoy warm.
