Creamy tahini broccoli pasta

Ingredients

- •180g dry pasta
- •½ broccoli head, chopped
- •150g frozen peas
- •2 tbsp tahini
- •100ml almond milk
- •1 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- •Juice of ¼ lemon
- •1 small garlic clove
- •Sea salt, to taste
- •Ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking tray. Roast the broccoli for 10 mins.
- 2. Cook the pasta and peas.
- 3. In a food processor, blend together the tahini, almond milk, olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning. Add more milk as needed if sauce is too thick.
- 4. Combine everything in one pan and stir until heated through. Season to taste.
