Creamy oats with peanut butter and raspberry compote

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 4 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp raspberry compote (see recipe)
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 50ml soya milk

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. In a small glass, add 2 tsp of peanut butter. Layer 1 tsp of raspberry compote on top. Add the oats and soya milk.
  2. 2. Spoon on the remaining layers of raspberry compote and peanut butter on top.
  3. 3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
