Creamy oats with peanut butter and raspberry

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 4 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp raspberry jam
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • ~100ml soya milk

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Spoon layers into a small glass - add 2 tsp of peanut butter in the bottom. Layer 1 tsp of raspberry jam on top.
  2. 2. Add the oats then add the soya milk so that the oats are just covered.
  3. 3. Spoon on the remaining layers of raspberry jam then peanut butter.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
