Coffee icing
Ingredients

- •200g icing sugar, sieved, sieved
- •2 tsp instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tbsp cold water
- •2 tsp plant milk

- 1. In a medium bowl, mix the icing sugar and the coffee. Add the plant milk, 1 tsp at a time, and mix until smooth, glossy and spreadable.
