Chocolate icing

Ingredients

serves 1 cake
  • 60g plant butter
  • 180g icing sugar, sieved, sieved
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp plant milk

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the plant butter until creamy. Gradually add the icing sugar, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the plant milk, 1 tbsp at a time, and beat until smooth and spreadable.
