Ingredients
serves 2 layer cake
- •230g vegan butter
- •420g icing sugar
- •40g cocoa powder
- •3 tbsp (45ml) soya milk
- •⅛ tsp sea salt
- •2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- 1. Beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. Blend until whipped and creamy. Add the milk as needed, until the desired consistency is reached.
- 2. Spread or pipe on top of the cake, and add your favourite toppings to decorate.
