Ingredients
makes 2 layers
- •90g vegan butter
- •180g dark chocolate
- •¼ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- 1. Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of boiling water, then stir in the butter and vanilla.
- 2. Leave to cool in the fridge for 10 minutes, or until the ganache is spreadable but not completely set before decorating your cake.
