Chocolate frosting

Ingredients

1 cake or 12 muffins
  • 150g vegan butter
  • 100g icing sugar, sieved
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoons soya or almond milk (if needed)

Directions

  1. 1. Using a mixer, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add the sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla. Blend until whipped and creamy. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk, as needed, until the desired consistency is reached.
  2. 2. Spread or pipe on top of the cake, and add your favourite toppings to decorate.
