Chocolate chip oat cookies

Ingredients

- •100g vegan butter
- •100g caster sugar
- •100g plain flour
- •80g wholemeal plain flour
- •1 tsp baking powder
- •¼ tsp salt
- •50g jumbo oats
- •3 tbsp almond milk
- •80g chocolate, chopped
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the oats.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix. Add the almond milk and mix well until the dough comes together. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Scoop out equal amounts of dough onto the tray and press down slightly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden.
