Chocolate banana bread buns

Ingredients
makes 9-10 buns
- •230g plain flour
- •1 tsp baking powder
- •¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- •½ tsp cinnamon
- •¼ tsp sea salt
- •2 ripe bananas
- •60g brown sugar
- •80g chocolate, chopped
- •4 tbsp soya milk
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Prepare a large baking tray.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl, mash the banana. Add the sugar and soya milk and mix well.
- 4. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until a slightly sticky dough forms. Add a few more tbsp milk as needed. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Spoon a tbsp of dough onto the tray and flatten slightly. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden.
