Chocolate avocado mousse

Ingredients

serves 2-3
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 12g cocoa powder
  • 20g melted chocolate
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 25g maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
