Chocolate and raspberry porridge

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g oats
  • 250ml plant milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
  • 75g raspberries
  • 1 square 100% dark chocolate, or 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs (optional)

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Add the oats, milk, chia seeds and ¾ of the raspberries to the pan and cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently.
  2. 2. Stir in the chocolate or cocoa powder and almond butter.
  3. 3. Serve topped with the remainaing raspberries and cacao nibs.
