Blueberry crunch smoothie bowl

Ingredients
serves 1
- •½ frozen banana, sliced
- •25g frozen blueberries
- •1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- •2 tbsp oats
- •50ml soya milk
- •2 tbsp spelt flakes
- •1 tbsp mixed seeds, such as hemp and chia
Directions
- 1. Blend the banana, blueberries, peanut butter, oats and soya milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with spelt flakes and seeds.
