Blueberry boost smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 2 kiwi, sliced
  • Small handful spinach (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water
  • ½ tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 50ml plant milk
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Blend the blueberries, 1 kiwi, spinach, chia seeds, almond butter, oats and plant milk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining kiwi slices, granola and hemp seeds.
