Blueberry and almond butter smoothie

Ingredients

- •120g blueberries
- •1 tbsp smooth almond butter
- •2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •4 tbsp oats
- •½ tsp cinnamon
- •200ml plant milk
- •½ tsp lemon zest
