Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 120g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp smooth almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 200ml plant milk
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

Directions
