Blueberry and almond butter smoothie

Ingredients

- •1 banana
- •50g fresh or frozen blueberries
- •1 tbsp smooth almond butter
- •2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •2 tbsp oats
- •¼ tsp cinnamon
- •150ml plant milk
- •1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
