Creamy broccoli pasta

Ingredients

- •180g dry pasta
- •½ broccoli, chopped
- •150g frozen peas
- •150ml soya milk
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •1 tsp white miso paste
- •2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- •Juice of ½ lemon
- •1 small garlic clove
- •Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a baking tray. Roast the broccoli for 10 mins.
- 2. Cook the pasta and peas.
- 3. In a measuring jug, whisk together the soya milk, miso paste, olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning. Add more milk as needed.
- 4. In a large pan, heat the sauce on a medium heat and stir frequently until slightly thickened.
- 5. Combine everything in one pan and stir until heated through. Season to taste.
