Berry pearl barley porridge

Ingredients

  • 120g pearl barley, cooked
  • 100ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
  • 75g cherries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Add the pearl barley, milk, chia seeds and berries to a pan and cook for 5-10 minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently until the juices start to release. Stir in the cinnamon and serve.
