Berry boost smoothie bowl

Ingredients

- •50g frozen blueberries
- •1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- •1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •2 tbsp oats
- •50ml plant milk
- •¼ tsp lemon zest (optional)
- •25g strawberries, sliced
- •25g raspberries
- •1 tbsp granola
- •1 tbsp goji berries
- •1 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions
Cooking mode
- 1. Blend the berries, nut butter, chia seeds, oats, plant milk and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and top with strawberries, raspberries, granola, goji berries and hemp seeds.
