Berry boost smoothie bowl

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 50ml plant milk
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • 25g strawberries, sliced
  • 25g raspberries
  • 1 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Blend the berries, nut butter, chia seeds, oats, plant milk and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and top with strawberries, raspberries, granola, goji berries and hemp seeds.
