Berry and peanut butter porridge

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g oats
  • 150ml non-dairy milk
  • 50g mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

  1. 1. In a small pan, add the oats, non-dairy milk and berries. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently.
  2. 2. Serve topped with a drizzle of peanut butter.
