Banana and peanut butter porridge

Ingredients
serves 1
- •50g oats
- •150ml non-dairy milk
- •1 small banana, sliced
- •1 tbsp peanut butter
Directions
- 1. In a small pan, add the oats, non-dairy milk and half the banana slices. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently.
- 2. Serve topped with banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter.
