Banana and peanut butter power porridge

Ingredients

serves 1
  • 50g oats
  • 250ml plant milk or water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Directions

Cooking mode
  1. 1. Cover the chia seeds with water and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
  2. 2. In a small pan, add the oats, chia seeds, plant milk and half the banana slices. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently. Serve topped with hemp seeds, the remaining banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter.
