Banana and peanut butter power porridge

Ingredients

- •50g oats
- •250ml plant milk or water
- •1 tbsp chia seeds
- •1 banana, sliced
- •1 tbsp hemp seeds
- •1 tbsp peanut butter
Directions
Cooking mode
- 1. Cover the chia seeds with water and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
- 2. In a small pan, add the oats, chia seeds, plant milk and half the banana slices. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently. Serve topped with hemp seeds, the remaining banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter.
