Banana and cinnamon porridge

Ingredients

- •50g oats
- •250ml plant milk or water
- •1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •1 fresh or frozen banana, chopped
- •½ tsp cinnamon
- •1 tsp almond butter
Directions
Cooking mode
- 1. Add the oats, milk and chia seeds to the pan and cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently. Add the banana and continue to cook until heated through. Stir in the cinnamon.
- 2. Serve topped with extra cinnamon and a swirl of almond butter.
