Apple and cinnamon porridge

Ingredients
serves 1
- •50g oats
- •150ml non-dairy milk
- •1 small apple
- •½ tsp cinnamon
- •1 tbsp almond butter
Directions
- 1. Halve the apple. Cut one half into thin slices and set a side. Chop the remaining half into small chunks.
- 2. In a small pan, add the oats, non-dairy milk and chopped apple. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently.
- 3. Stir in the cinnamon. Serve topped with apple and a drizzle of almond butter.
