Apple and cinnamon porridge

Ingredients

- •50g oats
- •250ml plant milk or water
- •1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked in water (optional)
- •1 apple
- •½ tsp cinnamon
- •1 tbsp almond butter
Directions
Cooking mode
- 1. Halve the apple. Cut one half into thin slices and set a side. Chop or grate the remaining half.
- 2. In a small pan, add the oats, milk, chia seeds and apple. Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat, stirring frequently.
- 3. Stir in the cinnamon. Serve topped with apple slices and a drizzle of almond butter.
